Before the tenant moves out we will place a Cordoba Property Management rental sign on the front lawn, take pictures, if not already done, and begin to market the property by handing out flyers, placing ads on our website, mass email marketing, etc. - Leasing
Prospective tenants will fill up and submit an application and they will be contacted for an interview. We will then thoroughly screen the tenant for credit ratings by various online services. Upon approval of the tenant, he/she will submit a maintenance security deposit of $500 plus a rent security deposit of first and last month’s rent. If after signing the lease the tenant does not move in, one month’s rent will be forfeited to the owner. Thereafter we will arrange for a meeting to go over the details of the lease agreement, sign it, and proceed to an inspection of the property in the presence of the tenant.
